Holiday Club 2001 was...

Over sixty children attended Christ Church's annual holiday club.

...to children from the ages of 5 to 11.
Feeding time at the zoo!
Wired for Fire looked at the book of Acts in the Bible, but it was all set in a TV studio.
Every day included:
Interviews with Bible characters in Sofa Talk with Corrie Scott.
Drama sketches, written by Sandra Clarke - an attempt to record a programme called Edward Explains Everything, with Edward Egghead (claiming to be the cleverest child in the world) and Corrie Scott.
Edward Egghead wins this years 'Knobbly Knees' competition.
Songs, with actions, including the theme song written by Chris Pye, quizzes, jokes, memory verse, messy games, birthday and un-birthday celebrations.
Craft activities: tie-dye, junk modelling, icing biscuits and making boxes for them, flip books, fish and fishing boats made from wood, outdoor games.
On Saturday there was a barbeque for the children and their families.
The service at Christ Church on Sunday morning allowed the grown ups to experience what the children had enjoyed during the week and to see some of the leaders receive custard pies etc. in the final Big Messy Game.

Reef - the after school drop in...
 A drop in for 11+s at the Meeting Hall, (corner of Broomhill Road and Dartford Road) Thursdays (term time) after school until 6.00pm.
A place to go to play pool, tuck shop, play station, or just chill out...

Triple Fun Club...
at Dartford Christian Fellowship...
 TFC is a club for children aged 7 to 11 and is held on the first and third Sunday of the month at the Mick Jagger Centre, Shepherds Lane at 10am.
We have games, letters, sketches, music, dancing and songs but most of all we have LOADS of FUN!!
